Black Box is a touring film project, conceived by Louise Mackenzie and co-founded with Kasia Pirog, comprising a site-specific curated cinema of films engaging with themes that embrace both art and science and associated satellite events. Black Box is designed to be constructed in public spaces associated with both the arts and sciences, such as museums, galleries, hospitals, science centres and educational buildings, specifically to encourage new audiences to engage with both artists film and scientific themes.
